OT - If things are so "good" then why all the unemployment ? Was discussing this subject today with a neighbor. He works for a large truck line moving freight on the "docks". I asked, "Tom, if you were to estimate the percentage of goods that move through your freight terminal as to foreign origin vs. US origin and manufacture, what percentage would you give to the "foreign" ? Quickly he said, "About 75 % mostly from China !!" Further he added that he helps load 7 - 8 trucks per shift that are headed to Wal-Mart distribution centers. That freight is almost 100 % Chinese goods. Nuff said...
