And respect for the multilateral approach to foreign policy and especially respect for the United Nations. I would expect that to be in the SOU. plus added respect for the judicial system and individual rights? Great potential for a paper. "George W. Bush, On the Wrong Side of the Law" Just limit the paper to Court decisions that have gone against the Administration. 1. Constitutional violations, States Rights, right to have an attorney, etc. 2. I was wondering.....has anyone gone back to check exactly what he said when he took the oath of office. He was supposed to say "uphold the Constitution"; perhaps he said "hold up the Constitution", the exact opposite.
