OK. Substitute 'political spin' for 'movie rights':

Certainly one has to start with Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, ...insert your favorite African dictators into positions 5, 6, 7, followed by? (North Korea, Iraq, Serbs / Croats / Bosnians..., etc.)
