The logical next step is for the developer to "convince" the right people in the Bush Administration to offer one-time-only tax credits for the purchase of either the car (make it a Hummer, even better) OR the mortgage -- and to take out secret life insurance policies payable to the Bush -- or RNC Campaigns -- of the future payable upon the death of the happy new home owner, and/or all of the subcontracted help involved in the actual construction of the McMansion -- as well as the employees of the developer himself.

There's probably even a way to work in the "pussy people" ... CAT excavation equipment in a no-bid situation as "they're the only "people" who can provide the "quality of equipment" required to "get the job done right" ...

The life insurance policies on all serfs involved will be purchased only from Bush Pioneer types. Which I suppose includes any and all "life insurers," on second thought.

The "smart" developer would already have his business incorporated off-shore.

It's a win-win-win-win scenario, don't you think?
