Gary, looks like RAND has a 4.57% equity in Kionix consisting of 2,142,791 shares of Series A preferred stock;and a $250,000 convertible promissory note due June 30, 2004. Not too sure what those preferred shares could be valued at if Kionix went with an IPO, wonder if they convert to common? Here's a look at their entire portfolio. A couple of companies look interesting, note they have an interest in INRAD. Whatever happened to that one??? randcapital.com
