Honolulu is the fittest city in the country for the second straight year, followed by San Francisco

You must be like me in wondering what all this "fat" epidemic is all about. People are really healthy where I am not certainly not fatter than they were 30 years ago. When I was a kid it was common for people's parents to get absolutely NO exercise whatsoever. When I see that juvenile diabetes is an epidemic it is somewhat shocking.
