Mine is afraid of me touching its paws because she thinks she's going to get her nails clipped. It also is so afraid of water that if she is walking down the sidewalk, proud and arrogant as Shar-peis prance, and she sees a trickle of water from a sprinkler running across her path she either puts on the brakes, jumps over it or walks out into the street to get around it. She has to be hand fed, crawls under my desk every time I clear my throat (I have a cold) or sneeze and while she can stand up to a Rottweiler 3 times her size growling in her face without flinching ( just stares it in the face with a blank look on her face), she is terrified of tiny terriers
(terrorists) and chihuahuas. She chases bugs but has yet to hurt one.

Some fighting dog eh? Think I'll just keep her inside.

But guess what? Even though she is terrified of water in her path, she knows how to skimboard. I'm NOT joking. No one can figure this out. She'll walk out in the low tide but if it is raining she refuses to get out of the car and starts shaking.

She's crazier than her owner (>VBG<)
