The times look logical to me. Where do you see a problem?

Regardless, the timeline is not etched in stone, just an approximation. The key aspect of it is that Jovin seemed to have been killed very shortly after her abduction. This could be construed as evidence the singular purpose for taking her was robbery; when she didn't even have her wallet on her (recall it was found in her apartment), they might have killed her in anger or simply to assure they would not be identified. It's hard to imagine someone she knew, who would likely have randomly run into her, could have been driven that quickly to a murderous rage, not to mention that they'd have to have had a knife on them.
