31.5% growth since Bush took office in discretionary spending

Bulls#!t. Discretionary federal spending has not risen 31.5% under Bush. To get a number like that (or the $209B number quoted), you have to take estimates of FY2004 spending against Clinton's next-to-last budget year, FY2000. The reality is that discretionary spending rose 21.9% from Clinton's last budget year, FY2001, to FY2003. Furthermore, half of that 21.9% increase was spending on national defense, coming in response to 9/11. A large chunk of the rise in domestic non-defense spending was also attributable to 9/11-related security and other spending as indicated in the article.

But more importantly, discretionary spending is only slated to rise by 3.5% this year and 3.8% in 2005. Hardly "vexing".

Well that's nice, but from the perspective of true conservatives all the dems dwarfs are more ethically challenged than wayne gasey. But being intelligent they make known what they dislike about the the President's course and do not go into character attacks about the putrid dems running.. But do you expect conservatives to vote for any of the muck known as dems running.

Yes in America there are millions of brain dead who will vote for a dem and millions to stupid to know how ignorant they are who will vote for a dwarf. But the President will have well over 100 million as a fund to educate.

And the 24/7 news networks will make public all the disgusting and putrid things the dwarf team rants from their latrine central.
