08:35 ET SIRI: Recent share run up unwarranted -- Bear Stearns 3.89: While Bear Stearns still likes the fundamentals of satellite radio and continues to believe that the prospects for the industry and Sirius remain bright in the long run, firm thinks that Sirius Radio's stock has run ahead of itself over the last 2 weeks of 2003.

At least that's their take...who knows....maybe the contest should have been for 3-6 months...or year 2004.
