MISSISSIPPI BURNING: At least one less conservative Mississippi veteran will be voting for Dubyah in November.
"I've been a conservative all my life, but I can't vote for Bush because of what they've done to us," said Howard Conley of Diamondhead, a 69-year-old retired Navy hospital corpsman first class. The proposed change would cost him an additional $75 per month for medicine to treat arthritis, high blood pressure and diabetes.

Conley has seen his veterans benefits erode as medical costs have risen. The new cuts raise fears that his benefits could vanish.

"They promised us free medical care," said Conley. "What's the next step? Taking it all away?"
You really want Bush to fuck things up even more?
