I followed Ingene (acquired 1989) closely, as the founders were friends and one was on my thesis committee. You want to look for inventor Randy Robinson, I believe. I searched quickly, is this it?.....

Not certain, but I believe that Dr. Robinson is at PDLI now? If so, you could call and ask.

Diversa and Xoma.

Diversa seems eager to cover as many bases as possible. Just a couple of months ago they agreed to be courted by Medarex.
