With a weak dollar, it would be an opportune time for foreign nationals to start buying up U.S. corporations. They already have the work, they might as well be in the top corporate positions as well.

Have you ever checked UK company purchases of former American businesses? Makes it perfectly clear why they have helped in Iraq.
