GV, thanks for the input. I know that I'm not alone in seeing what Dell is doing. The more people that are experiencing problems, the more the word will spread. Sooner or later, Dell will see the impact to their business.

I spent my career in the tech/computer business, and I've seen this happen to many other companies. It's a shame, but its true.
