yurr-welcome. I didn't do much, just pointed you to some things you might of already have investigated.

The first link from Microsoft talked about anti-virus software that may interfere with the loading of software--
one of the more overlooked points is not to disable anti-virus software before loading new software or drivers-- then of course to enable it afterwards. Good Luck-hope its simple.
