I must admit that I'm not really interested who ends up with a mine. The odds are very low that any one junior will put a mine into production. I'm only interested if the share price is going to increase significantly within my timeframe for holding (or decrease if I'm short) -- and that can happen for a variety of reasons, including a takeover, exploration results, change in the PM prices, etc., etc., or even a simple TA breakout.

As you know better than I, mining and making money on mining stocks are radically different activities! <vbg>
