the professional workforce thinks this is a sham and a way to get around the dem blocking of H1 and L1 visa limits. I know it is couched as if this is primarily mexico but the high tech workforce thinks there is a secondary agenda to get more visas for Intel and consequently more money for Bush. I say this is a net negative for Bush. There has been too much jobloss due to globalization under his term and this on its face looks like it will exascerbate the problem, certainly not make it better.
