People who are forced to go to the US will continue to go. People who are wicked enough to do damage will find new ways since it is impossible to transform the US in an isolated island unless you export the whole country to the Moon.

The only way is to revert to civilization. Which means there are countries with wide opne borders and no one is causing damage to them and those countries don't have to revert into a shell to live in the community of nations unless you are Israel and now the US.

If I'd be an American I would be considering acquiring a second passport.

I looked it up. There are 68,185,451 valid passports issued in the United States as of FY03.

travel.state.gov

For the current population estimate of 290,809,777, the percentage is 23.4%.

I would expect that the largest percentage by type is people that travel for business reasons.
