They can't stop selling us things any more than we can stop using oil. They have their own economies to be concerned about. In fact, the best way to reduce their dependency on dollars is to develop their own internal markets.

They then must do something with those dollars Like invest in Euro bonds or Canadian bonds or Euro stocks or Canadian stocks.
