"Buying American" (when a foreign product may be better)is the worst possible thing to do if you want American Companies to be competitive. It almost killed the American auto industry in the 60s and 70s. Japanese quality finally woke us up.

Yes, it is rather comical how the American people flock to Wal-Mart to buy all the cheap foreign goods, many of which are made by child or prison labor and then holler about no jobs.

They just don't get it....... they want to squander their earnings and borrowings on cheap foreign products, but at the same time they can't comprehend why jobs are being exported......

I am one of those guys who is happy Sam Walton is in the ground. I am just sorry he didn't die much sooner.
