Hi Andrew, Thanks for your response. Take my personal experience out of the equation, and you are still left with the problem. The problem that I had with Dell isn't the issue. The issue is what's happening to Dell. They are going from bad to worse, and more and more people are seeing this. In fact, many years ago Harvard Business School ran a study on how companies go from a start-up and become billion dollar enterprises. They pointed out many of the pit falls associated with growth, and what the companies that survived had to do. For example, changing management as they grew. Those companies that failed to adapt died. Just my thoughts, and understanding of the situation.

Local 6pm news tonight had their consumer advocate doing a story on how DELL was giving a small business customer the run around. Customer had enough, called in the consumer advocate to help and report the hassle's outcome on the news. Issue was resolved AFTER Dell was contacted by the TV reporter.
