Carter was not as bad as BushCo. I am certain Dubya will go down in history as one of the 10 worst presidents of the US EVER, along with maybe Hoover, Harding. Bush is the only one who singlehandedly started an unnecessary war on false pretenses and got thousands killed so on that basis, he is the worst.

The Iranian Hostage crisis held Pres Carter's presidency hostage otherwise, he might have been as good a Pres as GW Bush. I know that's not setting the bar very high.
