GOP led congress appropriated $70 million to investigate a blow job.

OKOK. Let's get serious for a just a nanosecond. Do you have any idea how much research would be necessary to verify the statement you made? Nobody has actually done that research, unless of course you believe that the IRS is a thoroughly integrated transparent bureaucracy with all information immediately accessible for anyone who cares to look. Get real.
