PRC Energy Inquiry

I would like to inquire about facts/DD on the PRC/Greater China energy situation. IMHO this could create SIGNIFICANT opportunity for Russian/Kazakh/other companies lifitng oil and pipelining it over to China. Did you hear anything here - I've been researching Intl oil smallcaps - that raised my interest on this subject
