That is tax shifting to users and for those that use the roads more, they end up paying more for that use and there will be complaints. That is why I believe it is better to complain about taxes and waste in its entirety and not for the position of shifting taxes to a different class. It is important to get our budget under control, not spend as much as they are and try to point out that class shifting of taxes is no more than a game plan for party betterment.

Good news and bad news from Arkansas. Singleton was executed for the 1979 killing of a lady grocery store owner.

The bad news is that they didn't have a double execution yesterday. Roberts was given a 90 day stay. All he did was kidnap, rape and murder his 12-year-old-niece back in 1999.
