A lack of immediate honesty isn't going to gain China any points. They *really* need to change their ways on this item. What they also don't realize is, the USA has way too many contacts into China not to know what's really going on. My friend was in the region where the SARs outbreak occurred last year, and saw first-hand how China was blocking the WHO website (which contained info on Sars in China) from their citizens. So far its only media reports, but even ProMed has mentioned media reports of a possible SARS case in Shenzhen
