This proposal is an initial one, designed to rip the Democrats in Congress apart, and reform a 18th-century archaic attitude by some on the right (the Buchanan whackos).

The emerging Hispanic middle class in America is taking its place in our society, in part due to the racist left's effective oppression of a segment of the black community that they have caused to remain illiterate and poor through the fraud of their "compassionate" "war on poverty".

The emergence of the Hispanic middle class-rooted partly in the ghettos created by the left wing racists-has the longer-run effect of inspiring a greater portion of the low-income, illiterate segment of the black community to throw off their LATEST set of chains-provided by the anti-American Democrats, and the rogues' gallery of con-artists, charlatans and demagogues who masquerade as "black leaders"-and finally begin to emerge themselves.

Vote fabrication is a short-term political strategy, and, as the Democrats showed in 2000, can backfire and turn the country against them. Reform of our wrong-headed immigration laws is a long-run and visionary choice...
