HC, I don't, particularly like the term "axis of evil" either. I would just call them a bunch of fanatics that are trying to destroy the US, and that we should kill them before they kill us.

And I suppose no other President used erroneous information in a speech. Fat chance. When you say, the White House, that doesn't automatically include the President. He reads the speeches written by those with that job, as all other Presidents before him in the last century. Americans have been lied to by our leaders for so many decades, it has become a, terrible, tradition. A lie is an untruth being said, but a lie is also when correct information has been omitted. FDR did that about Pear Harbor, and just as many, if not more Democratic Presidents have lied to the American people as Republican ones. If any of us cannot stand being lied to, we will have to move a desert island.

At times, I have not known the facts, but have never lied with the knowledge that there was a lie involved.
