I've noticed that he seems to have a real thing about environmentalists, in particular.

Really? Gee, and I thought I came across as a pussycat. :>)

I have been following this for 30 years, almost since the start. Which was the publication of the lies of Rachel Carson in "Silent Spring." It hit home with me with Rand's publication of some of her essays as "The Anti-Industrial Revolution" in the early 70's. She points out the "anti-progress" mindset of the Intellectuals that form the core of this movement.

They use the "Front Group" techniques borrowed from the left, which they almost all are. The normal cleanup of water, air, etc, that happens when a society gets rich enough to do it is presented as something that would not have happened without them. It was going on anyway, and they piggybacked on it to use in their fight to shut down Industrialization.

I don't expect most here to agree with the deeper motives I see, but it doesn't really matter. The results of what they are doing is obvious. And the lies they engage in to accomplish it are getting more and more exposure as the predictions don't come true. Their argument, when exposed, is that they are doing "God's Work."
