I agree. Let me add one more point. Anyone hiring an illegal immigrant is doing it so he doesn't pay tax, minimum wage, and workers compensation. Money is the driving force here, not legitimacy. This process is going to push salaries lower by allowing companies to under the table hire immigrants--all they have to do is say nobody applied for the job. It reminds me of the Gray Davis people telling everyone how giving illegals a drivers license will get them to buy insurance! What a load of drivel. The parallels between Bush and Gray Davis just keep getting spookier.
