That was required reading in Jr. High. It was presented as science fact. There were no other viewpoints presented. Of course. Every Educator is convinced of the Environmental tale. When you were a kid, you sat watching kiddie shows showing Environmentalists as Heroes and Businessmen as villains. This is the main reason the Democrats have such an easy time with the issue. Everybody under 50 is programmed by the system. I had a lot of "Bird people" cleaning cages in my back yard every Weekend. If I explored the "Silent Spring" story with them, they could not handle it. Would literally start to shake. So I kept my mouth shut around them.
