even if they thought the price was high, unless they expect it to come crashing down sometime soon, what real benefit do they achieve by pissing off their shareholders and raising cash they don't need? even if they were going to do an acquisition, certainly they could do it with stock, dilution is dilution either way

maybe they like those 1% CD's available at the bank now and want some more money to put into those <g>
