George, I found the article interesting but then became suspicious upon reading last option for debtor nation termed "plunder" with insinuation that Bush Adm moved into Iraq in order to steal that country's oil supply. After reading close of article decided the writer is probably a billiant Democrat propagandist. Seems to be too much coincidence that his name is Robert Freeman....doubt that he's related to Pres Reagans favorite economist--Milton Freeman.
