If neng was a good investment to begin with, the contract change with emc should have made no difference in the long term out look. But I am not comforted by the stock action, nor the fact that it is hard to find anyone having an opinion on it now

Not a NENG stockholder myself, Charlie, but I'll wade in with a few points. May sound simplistic and obvious, but the very first thing any buyer of a a small cap should consider, in my opinion, is potential bankruptcy down the road. One glance at the balance sheet tells you that is NOT gonna happen with NENG. So that vital base is VERY well covered for any foreseeable future. When momentum stocks pop - and as all here have seen it doesn't take much for that to happen to a high flyer - it can take a long time for substantial price recovery. Stock action from these levels will probably mainly be governed by their revenue growth. If it remains brisk you should eventually be better than OK over the next year. If their revenue growth falters,me, I'd get out in a hurry. I know you make your own decisions,Charlie, but I am kinda sorry I mentioned this to you on the other board as an example of a pure value play when it was under 1... - but I thought I pointed out the valuation and market risks at the far higher price. Still I need to learn to keep my mouth shut and make my own risks only my own. Hope all is well otherwise, and that you and yours have a fine new year.
