maybe someday, Mongolia returns? The Manchu's not only conquered China and established the Qing Dynasty, but they also conquered the surrounding people and established an empire that ruled over many subjugated cultures. I believe I now understand your perspective. You seem to believe that China's "natural boundaries" are the outer extent of the Qing empire. OTOH, I believe that China has no more of a legitimate claim on the territories of these other cultures than Moscow had on the central European cultures subjugated under Stalin’s empire. Moreover, I'll go further and claim that China cannot continue to subjugate others and move towards increased freedom. JMO lurqer
