Try some of the prisoners of the 'war on terror' - Ah!, but you'll say these people have no rights - no rights to legal representation. They're guilty as charged without the presumption of innocence.

Did Hitler ever do anything to YOU? You, personally? No? Hitler never harmed you? Well then, I suppose he's an innocent man, just like Bush.

Me does not like to have to declare what I want to eat, on the flight, to the CIA.

Me had enough of the cokes they served me for free when I was much younger.

However, it does not really matter that they make copies of my e-mails, satellites targeted on my celllar phone, as I live in free nation with a more modern constitution, not even a silly two-party one.

However, I am slightly worried about the offspring, if they would want to visit Plastic Rubber Disney.

PS They already have my fingerprints. (funny stuff, they had no right to demand my military record, nor all the stamps of my passport)

PPS. Why is the US constitution so short?? and all the rest of the laws and regulations so long, multiple-mutiple 6,000 pages and 6,000 pages, and lots of little funny holes?? (from a strictly constitutional point of view)

Does the US consitution (plus those few amandments) specify the rights to eat, on flights??

Where did that pig come into the equation, plus that test for the risk of getting a pale-nose-cancer??

Why was it so short, and badly in need of both amandments, and yet so few??

Bless-bless.. but we all trust US too, maybe sorting out these basic things too, 300 or less years??

Lazarus,

Four responses to your post so far, no surprise that none cites a specific case much less the Constitutional clause or Section of the Code that was violated. Three of them don't even address the subject of your post. Again no surprise.

Still can't figure out whether Ilmarinen is being opaquely ironic or thinks his rants make some kind of sense. Either way he seems helpless and hopeless. Enigma and CC are... well... Enigma and CC. Nuff said.
