you missed what I was trying to get at. I'm saying get rid of the budget deficit (congress and the WH need to do this)- and raise interest rates to a reasonable level, since they are artificially low. Then there will be a reason to save in traditional savings accounts. The dollar will rise and that will mean US capital doesn't need to chase gains elsewhere just to keep up with inflation. This budget deficit is a nightmare that is causing a lot of imbalances imho
