Jochen, carranza, Hawk, others - i'm way behind on replies here, sorry, too occupied over the holidays ..... happy new year all, let's hope the species does better at foreign affairs than it did last year. HNY to you, too. I don't think we did too badly as a species last year...put the hurt on a sadistic murdering megalomaniac, made him come out bug-eyed from a hole...some people pissed off, but no real damage done..Iraq, well, got to break a few eggs [a lot fewer than the Chicken Littles of the world thought] to make an omelette...Fidel and Yassir both became a year older and took another step towards their already-deserved graves...OBL hiding in the mountains, freezing his patoot off,... we survived a few orange alerts without an incident....stock market did OK...Qaddafi turns tail, thinks W is channeling Reagan...Iran and NK a lot more reasonable..Mush escapes a few bombs...
