That really is quite extraordinary and would be a great defense for anything. Osama bin Laden could say he was born with a genetic component to order airliners full of innocent people to slam into high rise towers. Saddam Hussein could say he was born with a genetic component to live the high life while inflicting terror and fear on people. "The spread of evil is the symptom of a vacuum.
