Solid post!
You made the most
Of info no boast
We are not toast
Or pig at a roast
But not ready to coast
To new highs or lows

I read somewhere they have an established credit line of five million dollars they have not tapped.

Thanks for those words. I have always tried to keep my distance from the red devil in accomplishing my tasks and reducing the associated risks. Sometimes one must start his/her search from the point of origin and work backwards towards their entry;these times are the hardest. One's nearest egress is the highest priority. You just have to protect your ass. I am just one of many as you already know. We are a proud lot :)

I listen to the CC tonight and was pleased with what I heard.

They have a line of credit of $5mil that has basicly been untapped with regard to their balance sheet. They will use more as needed but only until the equity offering is in place. The obvious explanation given for the need of the equity offering as opposed to a straight borrowing base restructure is in fact because of their small cap stature. Their is obviously plenty of room for growth here after restructuring their expenditures moving forward. The VOIP is not dead they are still negotiating that sale and have not included any proceeds from such an event in their conservative restructuring model. Given the possible prospects in 3G technology and SDR their survivability, for me,with the added restructuring aimed at positive cash flows and earnings by the end of 2004 should have put to rest any doubt. I see a longer term turnaround just beginning that should push this stock well over $3.00 in the next year. They have planned the play now they must play the plan.

One could spend a million setting up shop and a million customers could come in the door tomorrow. One never knows, does one?
