The problem with all the warnings prior to 9/11 is there were just too damn many of them to be ignored. When combined with the derailed investigations inside the US, it looks like your classic false flag operation.

bin Laden certainly had enough CIA training to teach his people to avoid detection by various spying organizations. There's a point where it becomes obvious the unholy number of "leaks" were a set up to frame the usual suspects when the towers went poof. The programs outlined in the Baker Report, and PNAC mission statement, discuss in no uncertain terms the need to create an environment of willing foreign support and sympathy. What better way to accomplish that than to have Ali cia Abdoul, the "terrorist", make lots of calls on open lines known to be monitored? "Gee whiz, we tried to tell you Ozzi Bean was going to attack you, let's blow the sucker up." The problem with the Israeli warnings is Mossad agents operating illegally in the US were thicker than fleas on a ghetto rat, but Al Kyda was no where to be found.
