Henry - thanks for the wealth of information on SARS. I notice you're posting the same data on the SARS thread on SI (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/subject.aspx?subjectid=53838). In deference to the participants of this thread, and in the cause of distillation and consolidation of SARS knowledge, please continue to post on the SARS thread, where many of us will remain grateful for your efforts, while omitting the unnecessary effort of posting the same information here as well.
