Don't worry Bill! Bush claims those issues as part of his "compassion", but when it comes to paying for them, his "conservatism" takes over and he doesn't. I think it comes down to Condi saying "Mr. President, we can invade another country or go to the Moon, you choose." Besides, YOU'RE not paying for it, he's borrowing the money. YOU'RE getting tax CUTS. Your kids are going to pay. A Democrat would raise taxes to pay for all that stuff.
