I wish they'd change that term "Elevated" to something else. Every time I see a crawl that says, "Terror Alert Elevated", I think it just went up. apres 9/11 Yellow=Elevated OR Situation NORMAL apres 9/11 the color coded "alert" system has got to be one of the most idiotic programs to come out of washington yet... been a big boondoggle for public service employees though, i have a former employee who is now a police officer....orange means lots of doubletime driving around in circles at water treatment plants and refineries
