I'm sure it'll exceed 7.4%. Bush is going to also announce another sham (just like Ronny Raygunz sham of SDI) of putting people on Mars. He should concentrate more on job creation. You're sham of a govt. contends that more jobs are in the pipeline because of tax cuts for the rich. The IMF differs strongly on this point, citing the hazards of running up mega-deficits.
