You are truly certifiably mad. Rental property? Like that is with tenants barfing on your shoes, buildings rotting before your very eyes, city orders up your ying yang, tenants rights groups refusing to pay all winter because of roof leaks, and mortgage rates climbing by the hour with rate fixes on everything but taxes and bills. Right. It's rigged all right. Like if you said Muffler shops or Donut shops I would believe you had it together, but rentals? Maybe equipment rentals to contractors during a housing boom.. sheesh! My fambly gave up that business in the mid seventies. Hog farming makes more sense. Like you should talk some Cow biz types into shorter 4 legged mobile meat bars. They range feed, and if you don't got trichina in the soil, it's a slam dunk. you can even train pork to come when it's called, so round ups are easy. I got a better one. Gold IPO. 20 cents to 2 dollars. Gotta love it. EC<:-}
