There really is none, that link I gave was on their Yahoo page to their SEC filings.

Pull up there bal sheet, cash flow, income statement and there is really nothing there. So SEC is the next best place and on quick glance it confuses the hell out of me.

4.6 Capitalization. The total authorized capital stock of Buyer consists of 100,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of which 10,158,251shares are issued and outstanding. It is agreed that prior to the Closing, the Buyer shall effectuate a 1 for 50 reverse stock split, so at the date of Closing there shall be 203,165 common shares outstanding.At the date of the Closing, Buyer will also issue 2,500,000 shares of restricted to the Buyer’s designated consultants, and 2,996,835 of free trading stock to such designated consultants as registered in a S-8 filing with the SEC. Therefore, after Closing and the issuance of all common shares contemplated by this Agreement, there will be a total of 20,700,000 shares
