FWIW I took a small position yesterday AM in IGII. After spending several hours coming up with nothing but press releases I phoned both the company and the transfer agent as I was as skeptical as anyone. The TA told me that the shares outstanding yesterday morning were about 20,700,000. The company phoned back today and verified that "yes" they are IGII, "yes" that the press releases were legit, and "yes" we would be hearing more from them in the future. I have increased my original position significantly since the first phone call. If you have doubts, pick up the phone and do some DD.
