<Goldcorp looks like it still has some angry shareholders after the insider sale.>

The other one was that they sold their gold inventory which was the main attraction for me to invest in GG. Two dumb moves in series.

Here are two important interviews conducted by Alec Hogg of Moneyweb with Mr. Andy Smith of Mitsui Metals:

and Mr. Jim Sinclair of Tanrange Resources:

I am in agree with you that in order for POG to take off, gold has to decouple from USD. I am very troubled by the lack of POG rallies when USD is falling linearly into the tube. It looks as if that falling of USD and rising of POG are organized/managed by a big hand.

I believe the reasons for no panic buying is that the stock market is still red hot and there are a lot more great deals and flashing trading opportunities than the golds at this point. There are no shortage of stocks to play. Until then, we will only rely on declining dollar to move POG inch by inch...with bumps along the way. This is the reason why I wrote several times that I think FED did pretty good jobs in keeping POG down and giving the economy a chance to recover<G>.

Have a great weekend.

Andrew,
I just reviewed the over-all market strength and directions. I noticed that the sharp drop of 10- and 30-year bond yields are the results of declining of stock market today. I interpret that money is being switched from stocks into the bond related investment vehicles. If the markets turn sour on Monday, I would expect to see bond yields drop further and POG goes through $430. I believe a lot of investors are making a hard decisions this weekend. We should see the reactions on Monday. May be I should stay home watching my real time quotes. lol
The tension is very tight tonight....I can feel it. I wonder if FED is having an over-night meeting right now!!
Take care.
