Eric Thanks for the info. If I had time to read 2yrs of your missives I would. Perhaps someday. I agree the BTB is looking good. I note that historically Corrigan has not missed in buying low. He, like you and I, was early. No harm, as action in this area is more like dice than blue chip investing. Make it and move to the more conservative games. Glad to see my recall was intact about the spinoff; the sooner the better. I'll wait a while before committing to a sell price. God forbid another bubble, but enthusiasm can still add a few unsustainable points. It's way to early to count on anything; the wall of worry remains ahead. We are better off for it. SYS, Neal.
